Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a website?
Most of our websites take between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on how many pages you need and how quickly you provide content. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before we start.
How much does it cost?
Each project is different, but most projects cost between £299 to £800. You’ll always get a fixed price upfront - no surprises. You can view our full pricing structure on our Services page.
Do I need to provide my own content, such as text and images?
You can provide your own text and images if you want — client input is always welcome, especially for branding. But we can also write your content and source high‑quality images for you. Whatever makes the process easier.
Will my website work on mobile phones & tablets?
Yes! Every site we build is fully optimised for mobile devices, meaning it looks great on mobiles, tablets, (as well as traditional desktops).
Can you just update my existing website?
Yes - if your current site just needs a refresh, we can update the design, improve speed, and modernise the layout.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Absolutely. We offer optional monthly support for updates, changes, and technical help. Or you can manage the site yourself — it’s completely up to you.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes — all websites include search engine optimisation (SEO), meaning your site is set up correctly for Google from day one. We can also help with ongoing SEO if needed.
Can I make changes to the site myself?
Yes — your site will be built on a user‑friendly platform, and I’ll show you how to edit text, images, and pages.
What do you need from me to get started?
To get started, we’ll have a quick chat about your business, your goals, and any examples you like. From there, we take care of everything and keep you updated throughout so we’re always on the same page.
Do you take payment upfront?
We require a 50% deposit on any agreed plan to commence work. This secures your project in our schedule and ensures we can dedicate the time and attention it deserves. Any remaining balance is only due once the site is complete and approved by the customer.
